Hardscape Restoration Services

Most hardscape systems retain their color quite well.  However in warmer climates where normal temps are generally in the mild range or above, the color can start to fade over the years from weather, repeated use and mostly from direct sunlight.  On average you should have your hardscape restored every 3-7 years depending on your desired appearance preference. 

Enhance the beauty of your investment with our Hardscape Restoration Service.  Our Upgraded Restoration Package consists of a 2-3 day process listed below (Weather Permitting):

Day 1:  Existing  Surface is power washed and Techniseal Hardscape restorer is applied to bring back color in faded systems.  Let dry.

Day 2:  Air blow surface and sweep in Techniseal Polymeric sand to all joints (on paver systems).  Water down to active polymers and let dry.  (Possible to combine Day 1 & 2 if temps are warmer)

Day 3:  Apply Techniseal Sealer products with backpack sprayer.  Air dry and clean up area.
